Donald Brun (1909 - 1999) was one of the most successful Swiss graphic artists of his days and co-funder of Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI). Brun put his skills at the service of the market and created outstanding posters of great impact and popularity.Together with his contemporary Herbert Leupin, also hailing from Basel and working in a similar style, he became a master of the humerous poster, many of which have become classics. On the whole, Brun produced over three hundred and fifty posters, for which he received numerous awards in Switzerland and abroad.
