Peter Kriemler

Peter Kriemler (*1962) is the president of Akris, an international fashion house founded in 1922 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. After graduating from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) he took on the management of the family-owned fashion house as its CEO in 1987. By building up their own production facilities, he kept Akris one of today’s few vertically integrated fashion companies, accompanying every step from the development of the fabric to the dress in the boutique. Now distributed worldwide, Peter Kriemler and his brother Albert have built Akris into what the Financial Times dubbed “the most successful label you’ve never heard of”.
