Orders

As of July 2026, over 135 titles are available for fulfillment from our U.S. partner for webshop orders shipped to addresses in the contiguous United States only. These titles will be dispatched from Richmond, California. All other titles will ship from Germany or Switzerland. For mixed orders containing both U.S.-fulfilled and non-U.S.-fulfilled titles, the order will be shipped from Europe when one or more items are not available for dispatch from the U.S.

Rare titles and posters are shipped by the publisher in Switzerland.

Shipping Costs

We charge the following costs for the shipment of goods ordered from this webshop:
Shipping to Swiss and EU/EAA addresses is 5 CHF / 7 USD, with free shipping for orders over 100 CHF / 120 USD.

As of July 2026, shipping within the contiguous United States is 5 USD / 5 CHF for a selection of 135+ titles fulfilled by our U.S. partner. For orders containing items not available for dispatch from the U.S., shipping is 20 CHF / 25 USD.

Shipping to all other parts of the U.S. and Canada is 25 CHF / 30 USD.
Shipping to the United Kingdom is 25 CHF / 30 USD.
Shipping to the rest of the world is 45 CHF / 55 USD.
Any import customs duties that might be levied are to be borne by the recipient.

Shipping, Delivery Time

Standard delivery time to Switzerland: 3-4 working days.
Standard delivery time to EU countries: 5-10 working days.
Delivery time to countries outside the EU may vary, depending on the country of destination.

Importation costs

Books ordered through this website are usually shipped from a EU country (Germany). Special editions, signed books and rarities are shipped directly from Switzerland by the publisher.

In individual cases, additional charges for customs duties, taxes and administrative fees may apply, depending on local regulations and the value and weight of the shipment. Customs clearance in the country of destination, including all associated costs, for goods ordered through this website are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the shipment.
