Order and Delivery

When you place an order, we send you an email with a receipt confirming your order and listing the details. In providing the goods for dispatch or by deliveries of the goods by the publisher, the sales contract is regarded as closed.

The availability of the desired product is subject to alterations at any time. The goods are shipped properly packaged by mail or by courier to customers worldwide. However, if the delivery delays or the goods seem damaged please contact us immediately. Please do not send us unsolicited goods back.


Switzerland and the EU: € 5 shipping and handling costs are added to orders below € 100. All orders worth € 100 or more are shipped free of charge.

Rest of the world: € 25 shipping and handling are added to all orders.

Your order to Europe will normally be delivered within 5-8 business days after all of your items are available to ship, including pre-order items.

Books ordered through this website are normally shipped from a EU country (Germany). Special editions, signed books and rarities are shipped directly from Switzerland by the publisher. In these cases, additional charges for customs duties, taxes and administrative fees may apply, depending on local regulations and the value and weight of the shipment. Customs clearance in the country of destination (including all associated costs) for goods ordered through this website are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the shipment.

Terms of payment

Customer deliveries occur only against advance payment. This can be provided via PayPal, MasterCard or Visa. For orders within Switzerland, we accept direct advanced payments.

Data collected while using our web shop

When ordering through our web shop, the following data is collected and saved:
- Last name / first name
- Address
- Postcode / place
- Email address
- Phone number (optional, if provided)

Last name, first name, address, postcode and place will be passed on to our distribution partners and courier services in order to facilitate the order. Email address and phone number will only be passed on if there is a problem with the delivery of a shipment, for the purpose of contacting the addressee.

Lars Müller Publishers GmbH will use the email address and, if provided, the phone number should any questions about the orders arise, or if any problems with the delivery or the address should arise.

For payments via Paypal we refer customers on to the Paypal website. The Paypal data protection policy applies.

For credit card payments we use the services of third-party provider Stripe Inc. (www.stripe.com). Data collected for the purpose of processing payments will not be stored by Lars Müller Publishers GmbH.

All data collected in the context of your order is stored in our local database for accounting purposes.


Data protection policy for using Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority pursuant to art. 77 GDPR. 

The general right to object pursuant to art. 21 paragraph 1 GDPR applies to all data processing as outlined in this data protection policy carried out on the basis of art. 6 paragraph 1f GDPR. The data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes pursuant to art. 89 paragraph 1, unless there are compelling reasons for processing the data in the public interest.
