Science by Lars Müller Publishers

I would wish to see "science" as a section in my program – science as a systematic enterprise that builds knowledge in the form of testable explanations of the universe. Our society is too stagnant for solving pending problems with behavioural change. We need the help of science and technology. There are many connections between science and other subject of our program. One is between science and art, shown in the Findings on... series. In collaboration with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology ETH, science is integrated with environment and urban development, resulting in the books Who Owns the Water, Future Cities Laboratory or The Inevitable Specificity of Cities. With the Harvard University Graduate School of Design GSD,  Ecological Urbanism, In the life of Cities and The Ethics of the Urban were published. For further relations between science and society – have a look at the other titles in this article.
