Oslo Architecture Triennale – a triennial in residence, on residence and the ways we stay in transit – takes place from September 8 to November 27. Under the title After Belonging the triennial considers questions and issues surrounding our ever-changing sense of belonging. Global circulation of people, information and goods has destabilized what we understand by residence, questioning spatial permanence, property and identity – a crisis of belonging.
The official publication of Oslo Architecture Triennale After Belonging: The Objects, Spaces, and Territories of the Ways We Stay in Transit is published by Lars Müller Publishers. Lars attributes great importance to events such as the triennial as the results and the content deserve to be recorded and conveyed to readers beyond the respective location.
