    SFMOMA has collected Woods's work since the mid-1990s, amassing the broadest collection of his work anywhere; the exhibition will feature these holdings, as well as a selection of loans from institutional and private collections.

    On the occasion of the exhibition and Lebbeus Woods' unexpected passing away last year Lars Müller Publishers releases the homage The Light Pavilion by Lebbeus Woods and Christoph a. Kumpusch for the Sliced Porosity Block in Chengdu, China 2007–2012 published by Lars Müller.
